By accessing or using LovieMe (lovie.me), founded and built by Sagar Kewat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer. This document sets out the limits of LovieMe's liability and the warranties we do and do not provide.
1. No Warranties — "As Is" Service
LovieMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on the platform.
You use LovieMe entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of DNS configurations and not relying on LovieMe as the sole DNS infrastructure for production-critical systems.
2. Subdomain Lifespan Disclaimer
⚠️ Subdomain Expiration Notice:
All subdomains created on LovieMe (*.lovie.me) exist strictly as delegated hostnames under our parent domain (lovie.me).
These subdomains, along with any associated DNS records and email routing, remain functional only for the period that this website and service remain live and operational. If by chance or circumstance we ever have to shut down or discontinue this product, all delegated *.lovie.me subdomains may expire, become unreachable, or terminate concurrently.
LovieMe does not warrant or guarantee perpetual domain survival beyond the active life of this platform. Users are advised not to utilize delegated subdomains for mission-critical enterprise systems requiring perpetual, guaranteed third-party ownership.
3. DNS Propagation and Accuracy
LovieMe provides DNS record management through Gcore's authoritative nameservers. While we display propagation status in the dashboard, we do not guarantee:
- The exact time at which DNS changes propagate globally (typical range: seconds to 48 hours).
- Consistency of DNS resolution across all recursive resolvers and ISPs worldwide.
- Accuracy of propagation status indicators (these are estimated, not authoritative).
4. Email Routing Disclaimer
The email forwarding feature routes inbound SMTP traffic from your subdomain alias to your designated destination address. LovieMe does not guarantee:
- Delivery of emails to spam-filtered or rejected destination mailboxes.
- Compatibility with all email clients or anti-spam filters.
- Continued email routing in the event of upstream edge mail routing service changes or outages.
LovieMe does not read, store, or process the content of emails routed through the platform.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
LovieMe may contain links to third-party websites, documentation, or services (including Gcore, Supabase, Vercel, Ko-fi, and PayPal). These links are provided for convenience only. LovieMe has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
Subdomains hosted under lovie.me may point to third-party services or content entirely controlled by the registered user. LovieMe is not responsible for any content, products, or services made available via user-configured subdomains.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LovieMe and its founder Sagar Kewat shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- Service interruptions, DNS downtime, or email routing failures.
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your subdomain configurations.
- Any actions or content of third-party services integrated with the platform.
Our aggregate liability in any claim arising from your use of LovieMe shall not exceed the total amount you paid to LovieMe in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 INR, whichever is greater.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LovieMe, its founder Sagar Kewat, and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights through your subdomain or DNS configurations.
8. Governing Law
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
